Refund Policy

1. Credit System Policy

Since our service uses a digital credit system, once a credit has been used to perform a transcription, it cannot be refunded. Credits represent the immediate use of computational resources and AI processing.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds for unused credit packages may be requested within 14 days of purchase, provided that:

• No credits from the package have been spent.
• There is a technical issue preventing you from using the credits.

3. Accuracy of Transcripts

We use state-of-the-art AI for transcriptions, but accuracy can vary based on audio quality, accents, and background noise. We do not provide refunds based solely on the perceived accuracy of a successfully generated transcript.

4. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team with your order ID and the email address associated with your account. We process eligible refund requests within 5-10 business days.

5. Payment Gateway Processing

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method used via Polar. Please note that bank processing times may vary and are outside of our control.
