3. Credits and Payments
Our Service operates on a credit-based system. Each credit allows for a specific amount of transcription (e.g., 1 video). Credits can be purchased via our integrated payment gateway (Polar). Credits are non-transferable and may have expiration periods as specified at the time of purchase.
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with YouTube's Terms of Service.
5. Intellectual Property
All content provided by the Service, including but not limited to the AI-generated transcripts, software, and interface design, is the property of Subtitles Download and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the original YouTube content you submit for transcription.
6. Limitation of Liability
Subtitles Download is provided "as is" without any warranties. We do not guarantee the 100% accuracy of AI-generated transcripts. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
